Traditional Art / Drawings / Animals

I was surfing around online last week looking for PSP wallpaper and found a few random ones that I thought might be fun to draw. I figure this is a good exercise for me, as I don't often draw anything that isn't human or cartoonish in some way.

I really like the one on the left the best, and probably will be turning it into a vector or something to turn it into some sort of cool design.

hey cool man its great to see when artist step out of there comfort zone and still manage to create a great peice, maybe i should try drawing some insects too might help with the developmant of mantis

Yeah, i've beeen doing my best to find other things to draw as well. And I think you've got some pretty good things going with the Mantis idea, already. The head/helmet thing is really well done, at least. I like that as is. but, I'm sure if you're to look at actuall praying mantis examples, you might come up with cool ideas for other parts of him!

I tried, but DA is dumb sometimes. Sometimes it will letter me later edit things so they have punctuations, and other times it dissalows me.
